NFT Strategic Operations Lead

Job Responsibilities

This candidate should have the suave of an entrepreneurial futurist who knows the crypto and NFT space inside-out. They must have over 2 years of career experience in this space and must be an avid community member who can easily constantly tap into industry sentiments, trends, and emerging utilities. Above all, they must exhibit the ability to manage the entirety of NFT projects from the creative stage to execution of strategy. It is imperative of this candidate to work directly with creators, our studio, and talent managers to deliver projects on-time and of high standards.

Additional characteristics of this candidate include being an autonomous self-starter capable of curating and delivering standardised critical paths that will allow the scalable delivery of NFT projects to multiple creators at once. Lastly, the candidate must have an innate desire to be first or best, paired with an innovative eye for sustained and disruptive transformation in the industry.

Job Requirements

The candidate must have the following set of skills in order to apply for this position. It is important for the candidate to meet the following requirements, so both parties can proceed accordingly upon eligibility.

1. 2+ years in a career in NFTs or cryptocurrency that have successful use cases
2. Ability to merge creative entrepreneurship with set monetary strategies and timelines
3. Project management skills that drive clear and coherent critical paths
4. Constantly tuned in to content creators
5. Passion for gaming with a high understanding of consumer trends in the industry
6. Translate complex technologies into digestible terms for internal and external presentations
7. Collaborate and perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines
8. Effectively manage multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
9. Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with both creative and technical partners
10. Knowledge and fandom of music is desirable with a deep Knowledge of the NFT space
11. Perform in depth analysis on industry trends to provide strategic insights and identify new opportunities
12. Develop innovative NFT concepts for partners utilizing NFT concepts that create user utility
13. Document and compile partner feedback to drive continuous improvement
14. Strong ability to create strategies that combine partner IP, NFT concepts, gamification, tactical implementation and design to create engaging user experiences
15. Author regular reports on the state of the industry to keep stakeholders informed on the latest developments
